• Initial evaluation - 75 minutes

  This comprehensive first visit is an opportunity to discuss your history, current concerns, and goals. We'll explore whether this practice is the right fit for your needs.

• Standard Follow up - 45 minutes

  $350

  Recommended for more complex concerns. These sessions include medication management and therapeutic support as appropriate.

• Therapy-only Follow up - 45 minutes

  $300

  These sessions occur weekly or biweekly to address specific symptoms, patterns, or goals using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Short Follow-up Evaluation - 25 minutes

  $250

  Designed for straightforward medication management with minimal use of therapeutic techniques.

  Dr. Dube’s time outside of scheduled appointments is billed at $500/hour, charged in 15-minute increments. This includes services such as phone calls over 10 minutes and letter writing.

Dr Sharma offers palliative care consultations only as discussed here. Depending on your individual needs, she will customize a suitable package of visits and resources that will be priced according to the time investment required. This will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before initiating services. A superbill will be provided that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
